With over 20 years of experience as the President and CEO of Broad Cove Partners, a philanthropic "impact investment" firm focused on Africa, I have led and executed multiple successful initiatives across various sectors and regions. I have also leveraged my Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard University to co-found and serve on the board of US Vote Foundation, a non-profit organization that facilitates overseas and military voting. Additionally, I have contributed to the growth and development of CAL Bank Limited, one of Ghana's leading banks, as a non-executive director for 13 years.
