Reporting to the Executive General Manager of the Innovation and Venturing team (Firemark Collective), and later the Executive Manager of the full-stack innovation team (Firemark Labs) responsible for planning and delivery of works slates, projects, risk management, financial tracking and planning, team culture and executive reporting for a global team of 80 across product, design, UX, full-stack engineering and ventures.

Reporting to both the Executive Manager of the Planning and Performance Delivery Team and the Director of the Research and Technology team, managed the planning and delivery of projects for a global innovation team of 80 (later becoming the Firemark Collective), provided SME research and development engineering support to the entire team.
