I lead and guide our teams in creating more effective approaches to policing and safer communities, identify and advance evidence-informed policies, and strengthen trust between law enforcement, the justice system, and communities.Throughout my career—including two decades in the U.S. Department of Justice—I’ve delivered transformative results through collaboration, harnessing cutting-edge technology, and addressing pressing societal issues. From local initiatives to national policy frameworks and international collaborations, I focus on creating scalable solutions that transcend boundaries and inspire change.
