Rendered project control management for the Jetty Boil-Off Gas (JBOG) Project focused on the reduction of flaring at LNG berths; the JBOG facilities consist of a collection header connected to the six (6) LNG berths, a central compression area, and distribution system to deliver recovered JBOG back to LNG ventures. Led PMT and Contractor Project controls teams on initiatives to support construction management at the site; directed Project Control groups responsible for project cost, schedule, estimating, quantity surveying, and finance. Generated reports on budget, costs, schedule, and forecast and distributed reports to project management, shareholders, and external agencies.Key Achievements:• Managed logistics for the development of the Class III estimate, prepared the estimate confidence, full funding packages, and presentations for shareholders.• Implemented and executed project controls procedures to support successful project results relative to financial and schedule performance.
