Established and oversaw business operations for AmWest Funding Korea, the regional office for AmWest Funding Corp. – a multi-national wholesale mortgage lender that is headquartered in Brea, CA. The Seoul office was established to build and train a team of mortgage Underwriters, and supporting staff and departments.- Roles and activities were both high-level and granular, reporting directly with CEO and CSO.- Responsibilities included: opening a multi-national Underwriting branch in Korea, development of strategic roadmap, milestones, initiatives, and capital for deployment, and creating operational efficiencies to meet growth metrics (including hiring, onboarding, and training of every staff member.)- Key Milestone: Hire and onboard a self-sustaining team of 50 Underwriters and Support Staff. Completed in Jan 2021, at which point I was elected to execute at a new target location for expansion, Guadalajara, Mexico. Project was halted due to market conditions at which point I relocated back to Los Angeles.

Oversee business operations for Koncrete Idea – a Korean luxury fashion specializing in manufacturing, wholesale, and retail apparel and merchandising.- Roles and activities were all encompassing from concept, business development, growth and operations.- Key areas included business operations and project management, finance and projections, product and brand development, sales platform development, business development, and marketing.- Developed and implemented a custom business platform to transact online. Created and executed data driven marketing campaigns focused around SEM, Social Media, and Influencer marketing.- Key Milestone: Hit target growth rates for year two, at which point the company was merged and acquired by another fashion company.

e-Commerce (11st.co.kr) and O2O Commerce: Strategic Business decisions for new markets, operational strategy implementation, capital fundraising, and business development (including exit strategies.)- Global Business Development Unit oversaw e-Commerce marketplace (11st) and O2O platforms outside of South Korea: Turkey (n11.com), Indonesia (elevenia.com), Malaysia (11street.my), Thailand (11street.com.th) Singapore, India, Vietnam, and Philippines.- Current role and objectives were focused on creating a business strategy for new markets, funding of regional entity, developing a regional play strategy, and deployment of new marketplace business and platform in emerging markets.- Activities included procuring relationships with relevant business partners in order to meet company objectives, developing necessary strategies, documents, and reports in order to effectively communicate key considerations, execution requirements, milestones, and ROI metrics.- Key Milestone: Successful entry into Thailand (11street Thailand) via joint venture with capital investments totaling $45m USD.
