Programme Manager responsible for the delivery of a 3 year service transition and transformation of BT Global’s Hybrid Cloud Solutions portfolio. Aim to deliver a cap-ex light, standardized global service catalogue within hybrid cloud, underpinned with a standardized global operating model, service desk, tooling and processes.Delivery of the service transition and contractual novation of X data centres, XX products and services, transition of nearly X FTE across X countries in Europe and APAC. Management of the exit of XX other data centres and migration plans for over XXX customers onto new strategic products. Delivery of a price x volume consumption model for all transitioned services for all products and services, creating and agreeing exit strategies to move onto new products/services delivering X of £m of savings. Management and delivery of contractual novations and migrations of third party supplier contracts to chosen partner. Setting up of service performance management function for service SLA and process performance, to agreed baselined standards. Launch of partner product/service capabilities equivalent or better than previous, supported on a standardized operating model to allow GTM sales organisations to drive and execute migration strategies for XXX~ customers, agreed between programme and partner. Responsible for defining and delivering all planning and governance. Ownership of T&T budget. Management of the duties of a matrix programme organisation of over 30 personnel.

Deliveries include a UK voice transformation, Data Centre builds/migrations and implementation of OS networks.Key responsibilities: Working with customers to understand business demands, turning requests into contractual statements of work, commercially engaging BT with customer in order to deliver new complex project requests, calculating cost as well as agreeing obligations, dependencies, payment milestones, invoicing schedules. Leading and managing projects with stakeholders in an eco-system managing third parties within delivery whilst maintaining SLA’s and KPI’s for BT as per contractual requirements. Owns project plans using MSP or CAPPM, managing deliveries from mobilizing a team, design, build, implementation and acceptance into service whilst managing all milestones through effective communication, release and change management plans. Responsible for all project governance; reporting, RACI’s, release management, SACM, risk and issue management. Financial management of project budgets including forecasting, invoicing, internal spend and resource forecasting. Providing project management expertise to bid teams. Ensuring all service delivery artefacts are delivered around complex projects, including service recovery plans, test plans, information assurance, service support documentation and capacity reports.
