I conducted a user study to design Swift, a revolutionary and award winning development in subtitling products. The job involved a lot of international travel for pre - sales demonstrations and post-sales installation, network configuration and diagnostics. The role demanded planning, teamwork, research and problem solving. I persuaded Softel to sponsor my university research and grant me a weekly day release. I regularly trained programming staff at Softel.
