I have more than 15 years' experience in public relations and corporate communications for businesses and organisations in the UK and Australia.I started working in public relations in 2006 as a graduate at Consolidated PR in London. While at the agency, I developed some of the essential core skills of PR across a number of great clients including HSBC Commercial Banking, Greene King Pub Company, American Express, as well as public sector clients like the Department for Education and Skills. I was fortunate enough to learn from some of the best operators in the PR world and benefited hugely from the experience.I returned to Australia at the beginning of 2011 to continue my career in media and corporate communications, and am based in Melbourne. I worked at Ogilvy PR in Melbourne for a couple of years, providing media relations support for clients including Ford, BP, Cricket Australia (media engagement for the Big Bash League promotion in 2012). In mid-2013, I moved in-house to become PR Manager at life insurance company AIA Australia, helping to launch the AIA Vitality program in 2014, amongst other proactive media and issues management.In November 2016, I joined MLC Life Insurance as senior consultant, external communications.
