James Campbell has extensive experience overseeing technical strategies and information technology. Currently Director of Information Technology at Kellenberg Memorial High School he is responsible for all technological infrastructure necessary to support the school, including its' 1:1 iPad program. Prior to joining Kellenberg Memorial Mr. Campbell has served as Chief Information Officer at the New York State Office of Homeland Security and was responsible for the development and implementation of the first in the nation Counter Terrorism Network used for sharing critical homeland security information with state and local law enforcement. While at the State Mr. Campbell served on committees and boards including, the State Integrated Justice Advisory Board, The States CIO Council, and the New York State Intelligence Advisory Task Force. Mr. Campbell was also the New York State Point of Contact for the federal Homeland Security Information Network and worked with DHS to establish the Homeland Security Information Network Northeast Region Portal. Prior to his appointment at the New York State Office of Homeland Security, Mr. Campbell was Manager, Open Systems Development for Proginet Corporation managing staff responsible for development of the companies managed file transfer and password management product lines.
