Having had exposure to ServiceNow IMS+ Release process, skills were readily transferable to commence and eventually drive Story creation processes and provide demos of enhancements /changes on multiple pieces of work for the eHealth ‘ITSM Working Group’. This role enabled me to develop ITSM Application knowledge across Incident, Service Portal (Catalog), Change, Problem and Knowledge management ITSM Applications / Products in detailITSM detailed knowledge has more recently been complemented with ITOM and ITBM knowledge through my remit of Managing the Maturity Assessment Activity in 2021 as part of the Adoption project.

In my initial Requirements Lead role I re-structured the original IMS requirements during a re-baselining phase of the programme as we transitioned vendors. Through subsequent solution redesign and implementation phases I was the key conduit between internal stakeholders (LHD's), other NSW Health entities and the Global Health Incident Management vendor (RL Datix).A transition from On-Prem to a Cloud based Global SAS solution required that original requirements, data sets and business processes be re-interpreted so that original objectives could be successfully delivered to support Clinical, Corporate and WHS Incident reporting. It was also critical that MOH Policy and CEC (Clinical Excellence Committee) driven privileged governance processes (RIB and Investigations) be successfully delivered on the new IMS+ platform within a challenging pre-existing policy/governance framework.The IMS+ Programme is now live throughout all NSW LHD's (Local Health Directorates) and supporting / specialist NSW Health Service locations statewide (e.g. NSW Health Share and NSW Pathology sites)

On this current assignment I was tasked with delivering Wave 1 of the FPMS User Acceptance Test Phase Australia wide. I successfully secured approval the all test planning artefacts prior to entering UAT from all participating Business Finance Teams and Practice groups. UAT execution workshops were sequenced and completed in line with delivery of E2E solution components. I was required to constantly adapt to environmental , resourcing and defect fix delivery issues to maintain traction through the execution phase. At all times appropriate rigor of test entry and exit quality gates was maintained. UAT exit / sign off workshops were held with multiple stakeholders where exit strategies / post go-live remediation plans were successfully implemented and accepted by impacted teams.The solution has now gone live. The business is in now in ‘Warranty’ with the new billing system (3 years in the making) being very well received. The success of the UAT phase has been acknowledged at senior management level. (both within IT and in the Business).

This broadened Test Management role encompassed activities across projects originating in IT Networks, both NBNCo Data Centres as well as MyIT (formerly End User Technology). The expanded responsibilities of this role exposed me to a wide variety of technologies testing requirements (Software and Hardware). In this role I was responsible for IT Infrastructure Test Governance from the inception of build to operational delivery for ALL FY16 Infrastructure Projects. The test methodology approach predominantly Agile. (Pure Agile, for the most high-profile and most ambitious project.) Hybrid Agile/waterfall delivery models were adopted on occasion (e.g. hardware delivery intensive projects)In this role I consistently delivered successful Quality Assurance outcomes overcoming complex challenges unique to a Telecommunications Infrastructure Project Stream.Responsibilities Management• Development and delivery of IT Infrastructure Test Strategy. • Provide resource and cost testing estimates for all FY16 projects.• Provide Test Governance across vendors testing activities within IT Infrastructure review/ approval test artefacts (TCR’s and Test Plans).• Plan and Co-ordinate Production Failover testing (ITSC) • Test resource planning / forecasting against IT Infrastructure projects (Incl SVT).• Implement test process improvement across vendor and NBN Co managed test phases. • NBN Co Test Performance and Sociability Test Lab and device Management SIT / UAT/ ITSC• Manage and facilitate project specific defect triage across NBN Co/ Vendor stakeholders on a daily basis when required.• Test case / coverage review where required. • Coordinate multiple teams for after-hours execution and provide ITSC reporting in relation to production hardware changes (routing / switching / firewalls)• Development of project specific master test plans where required. • Test Tool Administration / configuration.• Weekly test activity reporting into NBNCo IT Competency.

This was a UAT Test Management position in which I managed and coordinated the business engagement across finance and administrative teams for Lease Management Releases phases 2 and 3.Responsibilities:• Produce Lease Management UAT Test Plan• Provide test planning and test execution estimates and secure business resources for test case writing and test case execution being augmented by internal test team of 5 resources• UAT test environment configuration and control• Review Daily Test reporting for distribution to key Business owners and Project Stakeholders • Provide leadership , mentoring and training to internal test resources and business test execution resources where required.• Manage and improve vendor ST / SIT defect remediation activities to ensure code quality satisfies SIT Exit and UAT Entry criteria• Produce UAT test completion reporting and manage transitioning of warranty items handover to Operations

In this role I was responsible for the deliverables of the SIT and UAT test phases for production code releases to three separate clients (Super funds) concurrently on a single code base. The delivery model adopted both Agile and Waterfall methodology characteristics. POSITION: Test Lead – Digital Stream - Brand Transformation ProgramResponsible for the deliverables of the system test phase on three projects within this stream, the development and test methodology adopted was exclusively Agile for the delivery of the Bupa Mobile website and the Find-A-Provider iPhone App. An ‘Online Health Assessment’ project and ‘Aged Care’ website which were also delivered in parallel within Digital stream. Leading a team of 7 test analyst resources within Digital stream working on the jQuery mobile framework the testing initially utilised Smartphone simulator browser based tools (SDK tool kit) before completing execution on ‘high market share’ handsets themselves. In this position skills were acquired in managing a test resources / sprint content / environment control under pure Agile development conditions. Sprints delivery and test activities, tools and resources were coordinated in such a way to minimise the increased regression overhead which is a challenge in any Agile delivery project. One of five testers working to deliver firstly the Volunteer and Greyhound Releases, my initial role was to undertake the planning and execution for the Transaction History and Product Transfer components of the deliverables. Eventually I moved into the Test Lead role for the Greyhound release.Responsibilities System Test • Provide Testing Estimates (planning and execution) estimates on components of releases. • Development and execution of System test plans Greyhound and Volunteer. • Metric (defect tracking) Reporting on Project progress to UK Account Managers and Business stakeholders. Initially working as the only Test Analyst in a team with nine developers delivering regular production Releases across BAU and multiple Project streams. Rapid growth accompanied recognition of a need for a more structured approach resulting in an increased appreciation of the role of testing in Macquarie’s Equity Markets System Development culture.
