    In my initial Requirements Lead role I re-structured the original IMS requirements during a re-baselining phase of the programme as we transitioned vendors. Through subsequent solution redesign and implementation phases I was the key conduit between internal stakeholders (LHD's), other NSW Health entities and the Global Health Incident Management vendor (RL Datix).A transition from On-Prem to a Cloud based Global SAS solution required that original requirements, data sets and business processes be re-interpreted so that original objectives could be successfully delivered to support Clinical, Corporate and WHS Incident reporting. It was also critical that MOH Policy and CEC (Clinical Excellence Committee) driven privileged governance processes (RIB and Investigations) be successfully delivered on the new IMS+ platform within a challenging pre-existing policy/governance framework.The IMS+ Programme is now live throughout all NSW LHD's (Local Health Directorates) and supporting / specialist NSW Health Service locations statewide (e.g. NSW Health Share and NSW Pathology sites)

    On this current assignment I was tasked with delivering Wave 1 of the FPMS User Acceptance Test Phase Australia wide. I successfully secured approval the all test planning artefacts prior to entering UAT from all participating Business Finance Teams and Practice groups. UAT execution workshops were sequenced and completed in line with delivery of E2E solution components. I was required to constantly adapt to environmental , resourcing and defect fix delivery issues to maintain traction through the execution phase. At all times appropriate rigor of test entry and exit quality gates was maintained. UAT exit / sign off workshops were held with multiple stakeholders where exit strategies / post go-live remediation plans were successfully implemented and accepted by impacted teams.The solution has now gone live. The business is in now in ‘Warranty’ with the new billing system (3 years in the making) being very well received. The success of the UAT phase has been acknowledged at senior management level. (both within IT and in the Business).
