Oversaw a weekly rental for the Benvenuti Performing Arts Center. Met needs of client while serving as a liaison for the Natomas Arts and Education foundation and Natomas Charter School. Wrote detailed reports for management and for purposes of record-keeping. Participated in meetings and made sure everyone was on the same page.

In my role as theater technician, I worked as part of a team to realize clients' creative visions and create memorable theatrical experiences for hundreds of audiences.

Familiarized with services and product offerings, memorized price points and value proposition compared to competitors, communicated this information to patients in an easy to understand way in order for them to make the best choices for their care.Ran the front desk of the clinic using proprietary patient management software. Handled cash and sensitive paperwork daily.

My role as a sanitizer meant keeping our facilities clean during the COVID-19 pandemic, but it also included lots of customer interaction and coordination between Doctors and Wellness Coordinators. I offered estimates on wait times, ensured patients were seen in a timely manner, helped make sure we were sticking to our schedule, and was a team player who offered a helping hand wherever necessary. I became quite proficient at sanitizing, and was promoted to a wellness coordinator within a year of working in this role.

Provided excellent customer service as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment. This job helped build my work ethic significantly.
