TotoTown.com sends 20% of its revenue back to the buyer's choice of local beneficiary...be it their school, club or non-profit. In this manner, local merchants acquire high quality, local customers....local organizations are able to passively raise funds on a daily basis by directing their members to the site for great deals. We feel the Daily Deal industry is flawed and unsustainable as is, and can run successfully as a social business, but only when the needs and health of all parties concerned are taken into account.Unfortunately for the Tototown project, Toto Communications, Inc. (the parent company), switched focus to the cellular industry to take full advantage of the rapidly changing marketplace. We fully expect to resurrect TotoTown in the future when we can devote more human and financial resource to this worthy project.
