An entrepreneur and sustainability professional that is experienced in growing people, teams and businesses from start up, to profit, to exit. I have negotiated and completed the sale of our privately owned waste/recycling management business from start up in 2005 to exit in 2020 for a £35m EV sum to a UK FTSE 250 business. I now have investments in a variety of high growth SME businesses and am active as a mentor, investor and director as well as a volunteer and sponsor for a not for profit organisation with strong community links and youth offending services. I have a particular interest and experience in waste related sustainability practices but have also become in an investor in a leading, UK based global brand and merchandise business, female gym apparel business and an investor in property and property development. I am also experienced in investing in distressed and turnaround businesses assisting with stabilising, strategy, implementation and restructuring finances with a mixture debt and equity.
