Championed lean implementation teams chartered to reduce finished goods inventory, reduce raw material inventory, implement demand pull methodology and improve customer service through lead-time reduction, improved manufacturing performance and improved forecast accuracy.Worked in an SAP environment and led a team to implement SCM advanced planning modules.
