Ensuring a high performance cross functional team across circa 30 yearly projects (waterfall and agile) to achieve time, cost, quality and scope with high 93% stakeholder satisfaction that deliver the business outcome and benefits. Experience with delivery across technologies including SAP, Microsoft, Low Code and other COTs products.• Manage the end-to-end IT annual OPEX budget of circa £35m covering internal resource, managed services, software, and consultancy. Ran the annual cost reduction programme focused on removing shelfware, consolidation of applications, renegotiation and tendering of contracts, cloud IaaS/PaaS reductions and restructuring.• Run a Software Asset Management (SAM) capability, including software licencing, audit defence and lifecycle management. Managed multiple enhanced audits from major software companies avoiding significant exposures.• Run a commercial management function covering 170 vendors including contract performance management, SLA management, relationship management and retendering.
