My role is to act as the lead Business Analyst on major business change & transformation projects, working closely within a Project framework with various stakeholders to deliver identified business benefits. I am responsible for defining robust, viable solutions that often involve highly complex elements. Whilst i retain strong analytical skills for gathering and documenting business/data requirements, as well as process mapping (BPMN/UML), I am now directly responsible for ensuring the succesful end-to-end implentation of solutions and systems which form part of the deliverables of major business Projects and Change Initiatives. Therefore, I am adept at managing every aspect of the Software Delivery Lifecycle all the way through testing to implementation and handover to BAU. Calor operate a mixed methodology approach across their programme of projects so i am familiar with traditional development approaches but am also comfortable working in an AGILE environment.I am currently responsible for leading a Situation Assessment of Calor's Engineering division with a view to defining a 5 year Demand Strategy that will ensure the IT function can support the division through a transformation programme that will ensure it supports Calor's stated strategic objectives over the period. Leading this initiative requires a good level of commercial awareness and appreciation of key business issues along with the confidence to manage and handle the expectations of Executive level stakeholders.In this role I have delivered major transformation projects involving highly complex solutions such as; ERP (Oracle EnterpriseOne), CRM (WiRE), Dynamic Scheduling (Oracle Real Time Scheduling), Middleware Integration (TIBCO),Mobile Worker Workflow (Cognito - Smartworker)
