Led Engineering at RepeatMD from Pre-Seed to Seed to Series A, > $60MM raised. Reported directly to CEO, building a high-performing and revenue-delivering Engineering team. * Ensured RepeatMD was enabled to have an 8-month rapid growth period ($5MM to $25MM ARR) through growth of Engineering from 4 to 25+ FTEs, and delivery of a complete product rebuild.* Instituted SDLC to ensure overall engineering health: continuous feedback/calibrations, “definition of done,” robust monitoring, alerting, CI/CD, and more. YoY ensured cycle time reduction of >67%, on-time roadmap delivery of >90%, and availability of >99.9%. * Ensured smooth scale and migration from 400 active B2B contracts to over 2K, with MAUs growing from <18K to >1MM, a 3900% increase in traffic. Throughout my tenure at American International Schools, I wore many hats administering all network solutions, cloud solutions, and web development tasks at a large K-12 private school that serviced the expatriate and diplomatic community in the major port city of Accra, Ghana. This included maintenance of existing systems and completely architecting and building all systems for a newly acquired property. The school serviced over 800 students and 60 staff members.
