TRIP$ travel certificates offered discounts with USAir, Continental Airlines, Hertz Corporation, Marriott Hotels and Carnival Cruise Lines.Identified an attractive opportunity to mass market Carnival Cruise Lines cruises to the American Association of Retired Persons. Sold AARP on offering Carnival cruises as part of the AARP member benefit program. Ultimately successfully brokered an agreement between AARP and Carnival for discounts for 40 plus million AARP members. Prior to our approaching Carnival, approximately 300,000 seniors cruised with Carnival yearly. Due almost entirely to the program, Carnival raised that number to 1,500,000 per year. At approximately $1,000 per cruise we increased Carnival’s business over a Billion dollars per year.Spent two years developing a new product to senior management of the American Express Travel Related Services, Inc., the American Express Travel Certificate.

Purchased the majority interest of a 127 unit condominium building and negotiated an agreement with Choice Hotels to enable the rental of the condominiums. Served as President of the Paradise Beach Condominium Association and managed the operation and maintenance of the building. Led the successful sale of the property to a national REIT for redevelopment of the Daytona Beachfront.

Purchased the rights to the entire ground floor and rented retail space. Designed and operated a beachfront Tiki bar.
