• Analyzed and assessed the student data to ensure alignment with project goals. Ensured student satisfaction through on-line surveys administered at intervals throughout the project. Assisted in marketing of the service to other community based organizations and housing developments. • Created dynamic curriculum based upon the personalized needs assessment of each student. Created adaptive curricula to meet the needs of students with disabilities and/or visual/auditory impairments.

• Developed an assistive technology curriculum focused on communication apps for parents of children with special needs and adapted and taught the curriculum in Spanish and Mandarin. • Conceptualized an assistive technology lending program including an iPad workshop, a 30-day iPad lending program, as well as systems, policies, procedures, data analysis, and tracking for the project. • Conducted a focus group to gather information at the beginning of the project and conducted a mid-term evaluation to improve the effectiveness of the project, especially for outreach to Spanish speaking families. The mission of Compass Family Resource Center is to work with families on self-sufficiency, stability, and family well-being. Childcare is a critical component to these overall goals as it can often be an obstacle to work, therapy, or school for many families. • Project Development and Coordination of programming for childcare services including parent-child groups, developmentally appropriate enrichment activities, developmental assessments, and data collection for all activities. • Coordinated enrollment, coordination, and reporting for the ACCESS (Accessible Child Care Expedited for the Shelter System) Childcare subsidy.• Supervised two on-site childcare staff as well as one ACCESS Childcare Subsidy Specialist to provide case management and monitoring for as many as 104 families, including support services for families who have experienced homelessness.

ACCESS (Accessible Child Care Expedited for the Shelter System San Francisco) is a childcare subsidy for families with children under three that have been in a shelter in the last six months.• Provided effective and decisive project development and coordination- Created policies, procedures, data analysis, assessments, and tracking for the subsidy. • Provided case management in English, Spanish, and Mandarin for up to 52 families, and supervision for another case manager with a caseload of up to 52 families, to ensure economic self-sufficiency and family well-being.• Recruited and maintained a geographically, culturally, and linguistically diverse network of childcare providers with a demonstrated commitment to improving the quality of care for families in San Francisco.• Coordinated a monthly mental health consultation meeting for childcare providers in collaboration with Parent's Place. • Coordinated a quarterly ACCESS Advisory Meeting with relevant stakeholders from a variety of social and child welfare agencies to promote the implementation and scope of the project.
