Working in the Direct Sales team for JCB Finance, managing a portfolio of new and existing clients, assisting them with asset finance for business purchases. Skilled in customer relationship management, negotiation and communication. My role involves producing quotes, answering customer calls, submitting new proposals and being there first hand to assist with customer enquiries.Previously employed as a Compliance Officer, a role which allowed me to have great exposure to the business learning the roles of each department and what these entail by control testing processes as well as conducting internal audits, providing results and reports to Management, Directors and Board members. As part of this role, I also obtained my Advanced Certificate in Compliance through the International Compliance Association.Graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a 2:1 degree classification in Business Management & Entrepreneurship as well as achieving my CMI Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management.I have also worked as an Internal Auditor at RSM, UK based in Nottingham after leaving university. Working with clients all around Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire working in the public sector mainly: Local Authorities, Emergency Services and Colleges/Academy Trusts. Responsible for completing audits of key business functions, providing assurance that controls are operating effectively, raising actions for areas of non-compliance and submitting detailed working papers and draft reports to management.
