SilverRail is a venture-funded start-up, building a global distribution platform for train tickets.Responsible for execution across the business, including finance, operations and strategy. Joined as employee 16 and scaled the business to 250+ people and tens of millions in revenue.Key achievements include:- Led two transformational acquisition, doubling the size of the company twice in two years- Contributed to raising over $75m in venture capital, largely from top tier West Coast VCs- Managing all internal operations (finance, corp dev, HR, legal, facilities etc) across five offices, three continents and over 200 employees- Following the acquisition of Linkon by SilverRail in December 2015, I took on the Managing Director role, managing the Swedish operations (approximately 100 people) in addition to my other responsibilities at SilverRailBusiness sold to Expedia in June 2017
