I provided strategic and tactical direction to a team of digital marketing experts dedicated to transforming the practice of medicine. I was a key component in the transformation of the company's marketing approach from traditional to integrated. I managed multi-channel, go-to-market and demand generation campaigns that included account segmentation and personalization. I owned the creation of the customer-facing websites in North America and the Middle East. I oversaw the creation and distribution of content for these sites.I created content for multiple channels including social, paid search and online ads. I taught SEO best practices to my digital content team and contributing subject matter experts. As a member of Zurich's Global Digital Committee, I helped develop company-wide best practices as well as a social media policy for employees.

Working with product managers and business leaders, I developed marketing and employee engagement campaigns for national and global business units. I created messaging that promoted specific products and services and advanced our brand story.

In this role, I built strategic relationships with hospitals and physician groups that resulted in the facility exceeding its target occupancy and profit goals by 12%.

I was the first Marketing Director for the college's public clinics. I developed and led the community outreach, public relations and marketing strategies that increased profits by over 30%. In addition, I taught marketing tactics to the senior students and provided strategic guidance to recent graduates in how to market their practices.
