1) Oversaw the development of the Partners Engaging and Empowering Rough Sleepers (PEERS) Network that has grown to 57 agencies, including both public and private agencies. 2) Established and deepened stakeholder and partner engagement a) Organized over 15 walks with PEERS partners for Political Office Holders from various Ministries to outreach to rough sleepersb) Triaged and assessed the needs of over 200 rough sleepers and brought multiple agencies and services to assist those encounteredc) Organised multiple cross-sectoral events such as the PEERS Network 2020 End of Year Work Plan event and the PEERS Network 2022 Retreat. 3) Covid-19 Operationsa) Undertook Enforcement role to carry out inspections and audits on homeless shelters b) Serviced over 26 shelters for service management that resulted in 100% pass rate for compliance to Safe Management Measures for shelters5) Oversaw the case management of Welfare Homes which resulted in the achievement of the Home's KPIs for resident dischargesa) Secretariat for the Review Committee, ensuring over 1500 cases in the Welfare Homes were reviewed in accordance with the Destitute Persons Act. 6) Collaborated with various Ministries including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Singapore Police Force, National Environment Agency, Singapore Land Authority etc, to triage, assess, and assist destitute Singaporeans both locally and overseas.a) Procured various services for medical repatriation via flight and overland.7) Improved Social Service Net for division, leading to digital migration and the removal of over 1500 physical files.
