As the Web and eLearning Development Officer I am responsible for the design, development and implementation of multiple eLearning courses across a wide range of platforms.I have also implemented a number of custom websites, designed in collaboration with marketing teams and individually, which have then been developed solely in house, purpose built for specific projects. This has included a wide range of things from simple certificate generation web apps, an invoicing system, and a number of completely mobile responsive Learner Management System's for clients. I have been able to utilise skills in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, PHP and MySQL while building on popular CMS platforms such as Wordpress and taking advantage of popular CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, MaterializeCSS and UiKit.

I currently work within the training, education and development team at Aspen Medical.I have been recently working on a large variety of projects, including the development of online learning programs, custom form systems, web applications and SQL data recovery.In my spare time at Aspen, I assist the training team with a variety of tasks from general data entry, to training the team in the use of new and applications, and processes.

At PARASOL EMT Pty Ltd I undertook a wide variety of roles. Starting at reception in 2009, it wasn't too long before I moved into the customer service team and began to working with the company website. As the years and my skills built I began to tackle much larger projects including the investigation, implementation, and management of multiple learner management systems, websites, booking systems, and task management systems. In the final few years at PARASOL I acted in the role of the IT administrator, taking on and aiding staff and clients in any issues with PARASOL systems. I worked closing with management, distibutors and the outsourced IT team to ensure the day to day running of the systems within the organisation was as smooth as possible and would regularly perform maintenance or tasks relating to the active directory, physical and virtual servers and the programs residing within. I would regularly configure hardware for new and existing staff, including desktops, laptops, tablets, iPads, iPhones and Andriod devices. This would also include the installation of software, and the setup of the device ready for use by whomever would require it.A great learning experience where I gained valuable skills and knowledge to help project me to where I am now.

During my time at PARASOL I also undertook a customer experience role with iSimulate Pty Ltd.A forward thinking company which changed the face of advanced life support simulation and training, I was involved in just about all aspects of the business from general customer service, to sales, warehousing, manufacturing, inventory management, website maintenance and even 3D printing.I was regularly responsible for the day to day operations of the organisation while management traveled the globe for conferences, demonstrations, or training delivery.
