Whilst maintaining responsibility for the chassis validation test rig department also had sole responsibility for implementing a £M whole bike durability test rig facility. Reporting to the Chief Design Officer on this ground up new facility project managed the whole process through tender, supplier selection, building design & construction, installation.

Reporting directly to the Chief Engineer had responsibility for setting up and running the chassis validation test rig department. Managing a team of technicians implementing systems and procedures to deliver company sign off tests in a safe and efficient manner. Ensuring an environment of continuous improvement and implementing health and safety.

Project Engineer working on package areas of the Triumph Rocket 3, Trophy and Thunderbird models. Responsible for all Engineering activity on these package areas and responsibility for directing the workload of a team of Design Engineers to support this.
