The good news is that I guarantee you have the ability to find joy and direction in your life, and that it's worth the effort to do so.Formally, I received training and a Master's degree at Naropa University in Contemplative Psychotherapy. Before that, I received a Master's degree in Eastern Classics from St. John's College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In my time as a therapist I have worked for several years with adolescents who were in over their heads, and spent two years working as an addictions counselor in the Boulder County Jail.
