• Prototyped immersive product search experiences using the Unity 3D Gaming Engine (C#)
• Created AR/VR test experiences for the Oculus Quest/Rift and the Magic Leap One to explore the utility and accessibility of such technology for product search
• Modeled industrial parts using 3D graphics software (Blender, Substance Painter) to enable performant representation of products in real time environments.

• Flashpoint is an "accelerator" program based at Georgia Tech's College of Computing.
• Led all operations for the Center for Startup Engineering at Georgia Tech, a first-of-its-kind innovation program that trained hundreds of founders and generated businesses worth over $1B in present economic value.
• Planned and executed numerous "Demo Days" in San Francisco, New York, Atlanta, and Chicago. These events attracted hundreds of investors, and allowed our founders to share what they had learned while securing.
• Managed the selection process for program participants, analyzing data from multiple reviewers using statistical best practices (normalization, inter-rater reliability) and producing both a high quality and diverse.
• Worked closely with engineers to design python-based data collection system, enabling founders to audio record and take notes on their customer interactions.

• Fifth Room Storage was a full service storage solution. We offered door to door delivery, the ability to store and retrieve individual items, and pricing that was based upon the space our customers used.
• Founded tech enabled physical storage company, allowing users to store and retrieve personal items using a first-of-its-kind web app.
• Designed customer-facing web app, ensuring customer onboarding, storage, and item retrieval processes were efficient and intuitive.
• Created inventory on boarding process, which photographed newly arrived items at our warehouse, batch processed them for uniformity, and uploaded each to our inventory database and web portal.
• Participated in the Flashpoint at Georgia Tech accelerator program (Jun 2012 - Sep 2012) and learned to use the startup engineering process to validate our ideas about customers.

• McMaster-Carr is an industrial supply distributor that sells over 500,000 maintenance and repair parts to manufacturers and other industrial interests around the country.
• Automated catalog distribution by writing software that reviewed our 50K customer database and made decisions equivalent to those of human marketers, saving hundreds of hours of marketers’ time.
• Developed expansion plan for the hinge area of the space-constrained Atlanta warehouse, using historical order and storage data to determine space requirements and predict useful life of available options.
• Redesigned packing and assembly logic for shipment planning system, enabling orders to be routed to redesigned packing areas; simulated 10K per day order flows to ensure even work and capacity distribution.
• Designed company work-in-process report, enabling operations to spot bottlenecks and facilitating comparison across the 5 facilities; built SQL-like queries in proprietary database system, then used MS Access to.
• Led Assembly Department through transition from paper-based system to completely online system, one of the most significant changes in warehouse process for several years; worked closely with the designer of the system.
