James A. Coleman IIOwner Boost Sports Performance/Co-Owner of Den Media Group James A. Coleman II (1984-), a native of Tallahassee, Florida, was a starting fullback at Florida State University. During this time, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science in only three years. From 2002-2005, he was a participant of three Atlantic Coast Conference Championships. James was the pivotal short yardage back scoring 10 career touchdowns while playing 46 career games at FSU. His skills lead him to achieve his dream of playing in the NFL. He was able to experience this dream with the New Orleans Saints (2006). Afterwards, James decided to employ his knowledge and skills of Sports Performance Training. He performed as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Jacksonville Sharks, of the Arena Football League and the Jacksonville Giants, of the American Basketball Association while traveling the country with NIKE SPARQ, as a trainer and conducting Lacrosse Combines for the Southeast.He is currently the owner of Boost Sports Performance in Jacksonville, Fl., working with many different athletes, from a wide range of sports such as; football, track and field, lacrosse and basketball. His efforts have assisted in producing 500 Division 1 athletes, 1 Heisman Trophy Recipient (Derrick Henry), multiple college athletes, 70 High-School All Americans (of various sports) and etc. James’s love and knowledge of sports guided him to become a partner of the Den Media Group (1010XL), a Sports Personality for radio, and a sports writer who draws attention of multiple large media conglomerates. Besides sports, another great passion of his is going back to his roots, the underprivileged youth communities throughout the state of Florida. .Specialties: Sports Performance Training, Football Skills training, Corporate Wellness Programs, Adult Fitness and Childhood Obesity Prevention Programs.
