Clients ranged from large multinational Fortune 500 to small businesses.• Managed and led a diverse team of 22 technical account managers and 12 CSM’s across multiple locations, nationwide, with responsibility for $100 + Million in revenue and over 3,500 customer accounts.• Increased Net Promoter Scores (“NPS”) by 346%, reduced churn and maintained client retention to 98%, and increased operating margins by over 20%.• Converted 10+% of top accounts into sales reference customers.• Reduced client service support requests by 52% over a 3-year period.• Key member of executive-level escalation team that managed strategies and tactics for de-escalating customer accounts, with additional responsibilities for handling at risk accounts.

Sold my shares to take on a unique challenge at a rapidly growing business segment at ADP to design and implement processes to enable scalability, and optimize customer experience and outcomes.

Founded and built a clay roof tile import/distribution business with operations in 10 states, inside sales team of 14 associates and 12 outside independent sales reps. Profitable in year 1 with gross sales exceeding $1.6 million. Developed new clay lightweight but strong product line and successfully created and grew market. Traveled to and Imported tile from China, Italy, France, Colombia, Brazil. Venezuela, and Mexico. Closed business due to unprecedented depression in housing starts as a result of the 2008 credit crisis and recession.

Key project involved restructuring and upgrading the indirect tax organization. As a result, audit cycle times were reduced by over 73%, 32,000 manhours were eliminated, quality of service was increased, and cash outlays were reduced by almost 50%.2001-2003 Sr. Manager - TaxManaged the indirect tax function for various GE operating units, including GE Corporate, Transportation Systems, NBC/Universal, GE Supply, and various GE Capital entities.

Provided consulting services to large Fortune 500 multi-national publicly-traded and privately-owned companies. - Sold and managed large projects, built and led a high-performing 10-member team, monitored key financial measures, engaged client contacts, and reported project milestones and financial metrics to client CXO Executive leaders and EY Partners. - Promoted from senior staff to senior manager in only 3 years.- Developed customer segmentation and prospect target strategies. Identified sales opportunities and exceeded $600k sales goals every year. Sold an engagement while still a Manager that resulted in over $1.5MM in gross revenue and $1.1MM in net engagement revenue ("NER"). - Authored 3 modules of the firm-wide National training program used to educate E&Y new hires. Authored a tax column for the E-Business Section of the Pennsylvania CPA Journal.- Performed numerous national and local speaking engagements for the Committee on State Taxation (COST), Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and firm-sponsored client training sessions.
