Manages 25+ direct reports including marketing, retail operations, purchasing, distribution, sales, customer service, online content and ecommerce. Analysis of competitive conditions to establish the marketing strategies, budgets, campaigns and materials to successfully grow brand recognition, sales and profits. Responsible for Private label product management, development, pricing, promotional strategy, operations and sales. The Director coordinates sales staff, event sales, promotions, marketing activities, video, blogs, content, forums, newsletters, periodicals, product technical support and social media. Manages all E-commerce activities, email promotions and site enhancements.
