"Pay it Forward" is my mantra! How can I help?The more experience I gain, the more I reflect on how ignorant and pigheaded I have been in the past. Ignorance is bliss, as they say. I could tell you a story about how I used to walk around w/ a chip on my shoulder, but it really never got me anywhere besides broke and alone. The only thing we can do is strive for continual improvement. Work-life balance is greatly important to me. There's so much to do in this world, its easy to let your own health and happiness slip away by not taking time to take care of yourself. I mean, how can you help anyone else if you can't help yourself? I don't mean become a selfish egomaniac, but just to keep life in balance.If someone were to ask me for advice, here's what I would tell them:1. Attitude - Be humble, have patience, be kind, and be grateful! There are people w/ a lot less than you.2. Business Model - KISS (Keep it Super Simple)3. Stress - Unplug from Digital to center yourself or meditate for an hour a day.4. Strength - Exercise At least 4-6 hours a week. It makes your brain work better.5. Nourishment - Eat Healthy and Drink Plenty of Water (no alcohol).6. Sharp - Get Good Sleep, yes..8 hours.7. Education - No matter what your role is, there is likely at least one book about it. Knowledge is KEY.8. Think - Critically and/or outside the box.If you can do these things, I promise you will be successful and find happiness.
