Worked as part of a small team to develop features for new and existing websites, both internally and for external clients using hand coded PHP, MySQL and standards compliant xHTML/CSS which conformed to W3C and WAI.

Worked directly with all areas of production, SEO, design and development to create CSS/xHTML standards compliant e-commerce web-sites. Also helped introduce new methods and frameworks to aid with the development of future and current websites, including setting up a xHTML/CSS framework, Javascript templates and implementing SEO coding methods to help increase search engine rankings. Managed a team of 4 ensuring project deadlines were met as well as assisting the other members of the development team.

Designed and developed operational services for use with the main back-end system utilising hand coded HTML/CSS and PHP/MySQL. Built an authentication system that automated new ADSL accounts, setup invoices and billing cycles, aggregated bandwidth and authenticated users with the Radius server.Worked directly with sales, accounts, help desk and the tech department to design solutions to problems when they arose as well as providing technical support and documentation.
