Gather and analyze requirements for the Domestic Television Distribution Contracts, Clearance and Finance department employees. Primarily support the STARS, COSMOS (SAP-CRM) and Business Objects applications. Coordinate user testing, training and point of contact for all questions.

Assist in analyzing data as the finance department prepares to transition from Oracle Business Application to SAP. Primary focus is on the FI tables concerning Vendors (LFA1, LFB1, and LFM1). Assist users in identifying possibly missing/inconsistent/erroneous data. Create reports using SQL. Obtain a full understanding of the users* backend data storage components, tables, etc.

Coordinate users' requirements and understand business process in order to properly guide engineering team in producing a product that meets and exceeds the users' needs. Run status meetings, log defects and speak with users on a daily basis.

Follow SOX procedures and create documents based on templates. Run prioritization meetings to discuss upcoming enhancements or known defects. Point of contact for users should any questions arise during business hours, as well as point of contact for the engineering team should they have any questions related to the business process and reasons for users requests.
