Currently heading up Shorterm Group's Derby Rail division out of the Derby Branch, supplying Blue Collar labour into mainly Rolling Stock Manufacturers and there Supply Chain Organisations. Both in the UK and in Europe. Main remit of the role is to manage the team, manage budgets, motivate and deliver on the team’s forecast for the year by prospecting new clients, developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients. Managing a budget of over £1m Net Profit for the team whilst managing accounts like GRT, MRSS, where we have sole supply agreements in place. Contracted to set up and deliver a Global recruitment package for their internal IT department. The role involved liaising closely with IT executives and managers to setup and coordinate the new proposed IT organisation.

HR Advisor for Bombardier Passengers Division.I developed, managed and implemented a performance management toolkit for team leaders, this lead to an improvement in standards and a wider visibility of future training needs. This meant I needed to apply a project management approach to the day-to-day HR services and systems and to the implementation of this training.I also managed recruitment campaigns, interviewed and administered applications both online and on an internal database whilst monitoring KPI’s.
