After spending the first 15 years of my education career focusing on test scores as a proxy for life outcomes, I've switched my focus to life outcomes themselves: economic and social mobility for all students. I've become obsessed with empowering learners to more effectively navigate postsecondary education to find their best-fit, best-quality next steps. Every person who works hard deserves a pathway to fulfilling work and a thriving wage. Higher education hasn't been working for those who need it most, and I hope to catalyze change by empowering learners and the people who care about them. I am a social entrepreneur and proud founder of the Rocky Mountain Prep charter school network. My personal mission is to help others realize their full potential.I love playing outside in all forms, especially with Liz, our three awesome kiddos, and our old doodle Boots.
