CurrentVice President of Procurement overseeing and managing the procurement and supply chain activities within Crowley. Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the cost-effective and efficient acquisition of goods and services. • Strategic Sourcing: Partnering to develop and execute supply strategies, identifying and vetting potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that we are providing the best value. • Supplier Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our supply partners to secure the best terms, ensure quality, and mitigate supply chain risks. • Cost Management: Continuously working to ensure we are driving value for Crowley while delivering the quality and service levels required by our internal customers. • Process Improvement: Driving efficiencies across the P2P process working closely with our business unit partners and our financial teammates. • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring procurement activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards, and managing risks associated with supplier dependencies, regulatory requirements, or market conditions. • Leadership: Leading and learning from a global team of dedicated and passionate sourcing professionals.
