Dr James Sinclair is an international business and human rights (BHR) lawyer. He is Director of Consulting at Verisk Maplecroft where he offers trusted counsel to a global client base with a focus on innovative approaches to responsible business practices. His advice is based on 23 years of legal and commercial experience and is rooted in the large, proprietary Verisk Maplecroft human rights and sustainability dataset. James was previously co-founder of a UN award winning Fair Labour organisation through which he was at the forefront of the development of grassroots business and human rights matters in the Global South for over 15 years.
