 Network and System Administrator of the Club. Assist in the planning and implementation for any major modifications of the company’s IT-Infrastructure. Implements network and system security established by corporate standard of Robinson Club. Perform system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides support when necessary. Manages the purchasing of all hardware, software and other IT supplies and builds and maintains vendor relationship. Interacts with internal clients to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answer in a timely manner. Relays relevant IT-related information to superiors and the company in a timely manner. Administering Domino Server and Lotus Notes email users of the club.

Maldives

 Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages. Installs, assembles and configures hardware, including computers, monitors, routers and switches, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware; pulls cables and rewires or directs the rewiring of cables as required for new installations and office reconfiguration. Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including hardware and software, MS Outlook e-mail, network and peripheral equipment makes repairs and corrections as required.

Philippines

 Responsible in troubleshooting Hardware/Software problems of NCR ATM machines and resolve the problem as soon as possible. Responsible in isolating network connection problems of ATM to router, modem or any port sharing device. Checking communication equipment status and also continuity of cables. Performing Preventive Maintenance and Inspection of ATM. Upgrading hardware modules of ATM and load the corresponding software updates. Responsible for the implementation of any changes in hardware configuration. Responsible in Pre-Staging and also Refurbishing of ATM. Assisting and training neophyte Customer Engineers in familiarizing ATM components, installations, troubleshooting and techniques.
