Inside Sales Associate
CurrentI began my time at QMI training in the manufacture of rolling shutters so I could understand the entire process and better help our customers. I then started working in the accounting department where I assisted accounts receivable and was in charge of accounts payable. Since July 2008 I have been working as an inside sales associate where I handle the sales process for seven different national accounts, strategize pricing for customer proposals, and provide customer service from initial contact through solution. Part of my responsibilities include developing leads over the phone, on interactive web chat, and through event marketing. I am also a part of a financial management team that determines the profitability of jobs under consideration for our Florida branch. Our team has been integral in leading the Florida branch to profitability.
