TruSight is now part S&P's Credit & Risk Solutions business within its $4.5 billion Global Market Intelligence segment. TruSight enhances S&P's entity risk data offerings to financial institutions, including cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.

Acquired by S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI). Backed by the leading financial services institutions JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Bank of New York Mellon, TruSight provides corporate entity risk data to financial institutions to enhance third-party risk management.

Majority stake acquired by Broadridge (NYSE: BR). LiquidX operates the largest marketplace for trade finance assets (e.g. accounts receivable), having transacted over $200B for banks, corporates, institutional investors, and insurance providers.

Acquired by Man Group (LSE: EMG). Varagon is a $15B AUM asset manager focused on direct lending to middle market companies. Varagon offers competitive first-lien, unitranche and second-lien loans to companies with $10 million to $75 million of EBITDA and has invested over $15 billion in 180 companies.
