Deploying a DMS platform from a strategic vendor of Inchcape. it will be used to replace multiple existing legacy applications in 40+ markets over the coming years. Focusing on After Sales areas for Retail Service, Parts and Bodyshop. Responsible for After Sales business process area within DMS platform. Contributing to global template definition, its adoption in region and continuous improvement during the product lifecycle.

Contracted to Lexus and Toyota GB delivering change in Automotive Centres in both sales and aftersales arena’s. Predominantly connected to CDK Drive (Kerridge) DMS. Working with Groups, stakeholders, senior management and sales executives identifying areas of opportunity within business for constant improvement. Delivering business process re-engineering supported by systems. Covering CRM and DMS, sales process, administration, accounting, aftersales and overall operations. Constantly keeping up to date on Centre retail practices to be able to deliver relevant coaching.

A short term contract to assist the business in transition. Initially contracted to identify and develop digital improvements to Salesforce CXP. Expanded into Temporary AVP Sales role for the business. During my tenure the business achieved record deliveries in May, June and July for the APAC region whilst maintaining levels of sales. New processes were identified, incepted and constantly improved to compliment the increased levels of activity. JLR regional business targets were achieved during this time.

Being the main point of contact for all sales and marketing activity for Zenos Cars. Dealing with worldwide sales enquiries from new distributors and ensuring all sales enquiries are directed accordingly. Ensuring marketing, distributors, new markets and media reflect brand standards. Setting distributor targets. Arranging and attending trade and retail shows as well as hosting track events. Dealing with all media and placement of adverts, social media, TV and press. Main achievements include: Top Gear TV brand placement, Top Gear magazine brand placement, opened Hong Kong and Belgium markets, delivered a new web site, ensuring cost saving on media budget, organized London Motor Show and Goodwood Festival of Speed presence, provided a finance solution for customers to increase sales across the network. Zenos Cars went into administration and ceased trading

Responsible for wholesaling Lotus cars ensuring distributors and dealers adhere to set targets. Responsible for 7 countries, 43 branches and around 550 wholesale units per annum with the aftersales, parts and manufacturer support that come with this. Each operation has its own regional targets and expectations within Lotus Cars UK. Covering Japan, Australia, parts of Asia and South America.

Responsible for Triumph motorcycles regional wholesale operations for 5 countries. Local aftersales head for 11 motorcycle brands with a 40%+ year on year performance improvement. Regional Triumph aftersales head. Up keep and implementation of dealer brand standards, annual business / marketing plans, wholesale stock orders, bi-monthly business reviews, dealer network development and retail sales process training. Reporting into COO.

Sales head for Volvo and Chery cars across Riyadh and Jeddah. Responsible for daily operations. All aspects of automotive from ordering, marketing, sales through to delivery and CSi. No resident visa was available thus making continued work in the country impossible.

Reporting into a Regional Director I headed the SEAT franchise. Re-aligning the sales approach achieved 105% of annual targets for new and used cars winning Manager of the year 2011 for the Marshal Group and SEAT UK Managers incentive.

Brought in to address an overstock problem in the UK during the UK recession whilst still being the main aftersales pivot for the branch. Adopted an innovative ‘volume’ approach to new and used sales. I cleared the overstocking problem within 9 months and left the Lancaster group on good terms having completed my objection.

Incepted an automotive finance department across 5 brands from initial finance company negotiations through underwriting conditions, rate spread, volume bonus, payout terms, management reporting systems and final roll out. Re-trained sales process to all sales teams. My contract ended due to cut backs during the Middle East recession.
