Provide effective and efficient HR design and execution support across the full suite of HR topics to the BHP Operating System (BOS) project team.

Contribute to overall business performance through the provision of operational support to the Shipbuilding product line as well as participating in the implementation of HR initiatives that help to achieve the business vision, strategy and goals.

Provide strategic and procedural Human Resource Management and related business support to management and staff of Climate Technologies and its associated businesses throughout Australia and overseas.Member of the Senior Leadership Team.

• First point of contact for HR and IR issues across Australia and New Zealand • Assist with development and implementation of National HR strategy• Partner with business leaders in providing IR/ER best practice advice including award/EA interpretation, remuneration, performance reviews and performance management • Coaching and mentoring business leaders and employees• Liaise with various unions and represent company at Fair Work Commission and Industrial Relations Commission• Manage rationalisation and redundancy programs• Conduct investigations in relation to breaches of company code of conduct and/or legislation.• Development and implementation of policies and procedures• Generation of HR reports and metrics• Recruitment and selection (developing recruitment and selection strategies, advertising strategies, employer branding, end to end recruitment and career expos)• Development and implementation of HR projects (employee retention, employee engagement and capability framework)• Develop and facilitate HR training to senior and line management (e.g. disciplinary and performance reviews)
