Internal Recruiter for the Direct Maintenance department of L&Q. I act as the main point of contact for managers in Direct Maintenance who need to recruit new staff, replacement staff and temporary/contract workers. Since May 2015 I have been working solely on a project to bring our contracted Maintenance service completley in-house. This huge undertaking included recruiting whole new teams from Mainenance Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, back office planning, Resident Liaison workers and the Operatives themselves. To add to the challenge we completed this project for two different regions at exactly the same time.
