Managed, planned and provided guidance as it pertains to the Cyberspace support to Army forces within the continental United States (CONUS) and globally for forward deployed and stationed Army forces, as well as synchronizing support efforts with the US Army Cyber Center of Excellence, and FORSCOM. Developed the long range Operational modernization plan for Army Cyber Command, integrating current and future network architectures as well as theater enterprise priorities. Directed all aspects of Command, Control and Communications Planning and Training Management within the command for three brigades, and the assigned Network Enterprise Centers Command (NETCOM) across CONUS. Senior Theater Communications Plans Officer for United States Forces Korea (USFK) and Combined Forces Command (CFC). Responsible for planning, writing, and coordinating communication plans and annexes for all Joint and Combined operations. Primary communications liaison with the Republic of Korea in the development of C4 requirements supporting Theater OPLANs. • Developed, planned and implemented a whole scale revision of all communications plans in support of operations in the Republic of Korea.• Integrated the latest C4 transformation initiatives such as Effects Based Operations, NetCentric operations and lessons learned from operations in Iraq into all into all operational and strategic planning.• Coordinated over 10 full scale Theater level simulation supported multi-echelon training exercises with an impact to over 45,000 Service members across the Republic of Korea
