In my role as Territory Sales Representative, I focus on Residential and Commercial construction in the North New England market (NH,MA). My focus is forging relationships with our Dealer Channel Partners and growing relationships with Trade Customer by leveraging the complete Andersen portfolio.

Derry, NH

Chair Conservation Board of 5 members and 5 alternates. Plan/Execute strategies that ensure the Conservation portfolio is protected and maintained. Ensure the Con Com budget is utilized efficiently for both admin and land acquisition/protection. Collaborate with all town boards on the TRC review process. Partner with NH DES, Land Stewards, Easement.

Engage in TRC Project reviews (subdivision and development) for the Town of Derry with a focus on water quality and wetland protection. Partner with NH DES to review local permit requests and compliance monitoring. Members actively report and maintain a portfolio of town owned Conservation properties as well as multiple easements (20+).
