I have over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT sector, from early beginnings manning an IT Helpdesk to supporting thousands of university students and installing, maintaining and supporting phone systems, data switches and networks. As well as day to day faults and server and desktop support, I also managed two 200+ PC/laptop rollouts as we moved from Windows 3.1 to Windows 95 and then later to Windows 2000! This was a fantastic learning experience as a first job.
