Consultative support of MassMutual sales offices in the Northeast region with implementation of business processes, electronic sales platform systems training, and consulting on operational concerns. Specific focus on training and increasing adoption of the Salesforce CRM software in 18 regional MassMutual General Agencies.

Provide consultation to field office management with focus on improving day to day operations and overall efficiencies. Provide training to management and operations staff on business processes, technology implementation, and new business good order submission. Support and consult MetLife’s internal business units (Annuity, Life, DI, Broker Dealer) in rollout of new products and processes to central region sales offices. Act as escalation contact point for sales offices with respect to technology, human resources, compensation, and operational issues.

Act as a liaison between MetLife field agency management and MetLife’s Annuity Operations back office. Solicited feedback from MetLife agents to identify opportunities for process improvements. Coordinate between internal departments to implement process change to improve field agent and end client experience. Design and provide training tools to agents and agency management to improve quality of transactions submitted. Extensive travel to agency meetings and conferences to present better business practices and build relationships between field partners and operations. Territory of 35 states with $2.75B in annual proprietary annuity sales.

Facilitated installation and maintenance of the MetLife Advice / Retirewise cross-sell and lead generation program supporting MetLife’s Fortune 500 group clients. Coordinated between national accounts sales team, client human resources, field force and national account employees. Provided troubleshooting and issue resolution for national account clients and field service advisors. Assisted in management and expansion of the Deliver the Promise (DTP) death claims service delivery program.

Sales and service of investment products to individuals, small businesses, and public employees with focus on installation of new group 403(b) plans in the non-profit sector. Products including Variable Annuities, Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Brokerage Products. Obtained NASD Series 7, NASD Series 66, Oklahoma Life & Health, and Investment Advisor Registration. Winner of the Divisional Leader Corps Award for the year 2002.
