Between 1990 and 1994, before I started GROWTHco, I held various roles in sales and business development. Starting at a community bank as a teller who worked my up to Assistant Manager in one year. Then, I spent a couple of years as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Appleseed Personnel Services, doubling their revenue before being recruited by Prudential Preferred Financial Services, where I was awarded "Rookie Agent of the Year".
