• Simultaneously coach multiple remote product teams on the adoption of scrum, kanban, and other agile skills.• Create and facilitate on-demand training on topics like managing backlogs, key agile events, leadership, etc.• Host monthly formal presentations on various Agile/DevOps topics to an audience of 300+ employees.

• Help lead the company in the transition from a traditional waterfall process to the scrum framework.• Coach development teams and product owners through the adoption of key scrum events including daily standups, scrum of scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.• Act as a servant-leader for the team to assist with impediments and protect them from outside distractions.

• Plan, develop, test, release, and sustain five products simultaneously.• Develop Win 7/8/10, Xamarin, and web applications utilizing C#, .NET Framework, WPF, MVVM, and React.• Ensure code quality by performing peer reviews, unit tests, and daily branch integrations.

• Design, create, and maintain the ActionScript based touch screen GUI framework for various vehicle infotainment projects.• Localize strings and graphics to accommodate world-wide regional and language requirements.

• Develop fully automated test scripts to reduce the amount of manual testing needed.• Create daily metrics and logs that execute automatically and then report found issues to the team.

• Participate as a member of a scrum team to design, execute, test, and deploy multiple software products.• Create and execute test plans to identify memory leaks, excess system usage, and feature defects.• Work closely with software developers to identify and correct deviations from planned acceptance criteria.
