I am devoted to always being the best in any role I am given, so I find that leading my example and motivating my teams to do the same yields incredible results. My teams always aim high because I make sure they know just how capable they are and they crave the opportunity to demonstrate it.In turn, I bridge the gap between stakeholder concerns, budgets, user needs, and well-calculated timelines to ensure desired outcomes.My communication skills were born out of my background in the arts and arts education. It was there I learned to understand people and their underlying needs so that I can provide meaningful feedback. I also learned how to shift communication styles quickly based on context.
